Noninvasive laser surgery can be used to treat endometriosis, abnormal cervical cells, large lesions and certain manifestations of HPV (human papilloma virus). Lasers give the gynecologist an efficient method of achieving rapid removal or vaporization of pelvic abnormalities. We may use laser therapy for pelvic endometriosis or adhesions, as well.
